Dear Lou:

We have been in our lovely home for 2 months now and I am just finding the time to write this letter.  For that I apologize.  However, moving across country was a lot more than we both bargained for.

I want to sincerely thank you for all that you have done for us over the past few months to make this dream a reality.  You went above and  beyond the call of duty.  I specifically appreciate the patient and professional way in which you conducted yourself through this whole process.  Even after we lost the first home, because our home had not yet sold, you were eager and willing to assist us in starting from scratch and finding another home that met our specifications.  Additionally, you served as a tour guide by giving us an overview of the entire Houston area.

Purchasing a home 1600 miles away requires an agent who is efficient at communicating and representing us when we could not be there.  I am happy to say you did just that.   We were never in the dark.  We always knew exactly where we stood and what was next because you kept us informed.  This enabled us to have peace of mind as we focused on selling our home, and uprooting our entire life from Mitchellville, Maryland to Houston, Texas.

We could not have done this without you.  You gave us tips on getting our home sold, and negotiated with the builder over clauses that you found to be questionable. I can truly say that you represented our best interest in every aspect of this transaction.  Now that I have completed pre-licensing classes and obtained my own real estate license, I know this for sure.  You did everything by the book.

Thanks!  You're the best, and I would definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

Best regards,

 Re: New Home Purchase

My name is Robert Grisby. Recently I decided to purchase a home in my home state of Texas. I was residing in Richmond Virginia at the time. I had no contacts or family members that had bought homes in the last 20 years but everyone I spoke to told me to find a good realtor.

Of course none of them knew how to go about it. So frustrated, I put together my own system. I chose an agent from 3 of the top realtors and 2 independent agents and contacted them via email as advertised on their sites. The first 2 to respond would have to impress me in some way over the phone. Let me tell you it was NO contest. Lou Wiggins was not only the first to respond but in less than 8 hours after my email had me looking at houses via email.

That type of response was what I needed but more importantly the things he said during the initial conversation. He understood that I knew nothing of the purchase process. He explained that it was his job to make things easier for me and to assure that everything went smoothly. He was constantly explaining things step by step through the entire process.

So after a week or more of internet shopping the wife and I scheduled a trip to Texas to actually look at some houses. My schedule abruptly changed and I arrived 3 days sooner than expected. Lou adjusted his schedule to fit ours and that was impressive. Somehow he managed to fit us into his schedule like we were the only thing he had to do that week. And of course no one finds a house in a week, but we sure tried. I was in and out of more houses that week than I could even imagine. I saw parts of my hometown that I didn’t even know existed.

Lou stuck with us even though our plans changed and directions went all kinds of ways as each new showing added a different aspect. Upon our return to Virginia we had a bid on a house, (Flickering Candle). It was a dream house that needed a lot of love to bring it back. Even without our health problems this was a big project.

There were tons of questions concerning that property. Lou was always there and always attentive. A perfect example is the night I woke up and had a question that I didn’t want to forget to ask Lou. But its 3 in the morning so I just emailed him the question. Before I got back from the kitchen Lou had answered that question! Who expects to be online at 3 in the morning discussing things with your realtor via email!

OUTSTANDING dedication to his clients is what that told me! A man who really takes his job seriously, I was sold! From that point on I had no doubt I was in good hands! And was I ever. Lou guided us through all phases of the process.

We did return to Virginia without a home. A pending contract on one that fit what we wanted in price but badly needed work. Lou didn’t stop there, he sent more listings. Until he found one that had every thing we wanted, EVERTHING and no work to be done except move in.

We couldn’t come back to Texas as soon as we had anticipated, so we decided to trust Lou to pick out our home for us. If anyone would have told me that a man I had known for such a short time would have me “Mr. Skeptical” trusting him to pick my home out for me, I would‘ve had their heads examined.

When he said to jump on this one it won’t last long, I am so glad I followed his instincts. I knew after the time we spent he had a good idea of what we wanted. I had no idea he could see my dreams! If I designed my dream home this is it. All of the amenities I requested were here. Not some, ALL! The price was within the expected range. Even the dog house was there! And when the love of my life looked at the house and said” Wow!”, I knew this was it!

Lou made us Keller Williams/Loucus Wiggins fans for life. My friends are already tiring of my singing his praises. I can’t wait till the Mrs. gets the house to entertaining level and have him over to the one of the family weekends.

Lou has been given the family status invite. Whenever he is in the neighborhood, he and his family are welcome. I just wanted to let someone at the firm know how happy we are with the service we received. Lots of people only remember to write in to complain but there is no way I could not let the entire Keller Williams organization know how happy Lou has made us. I don’t know what type of incentives or rewards are offered at Keller Williams but if anybody deserves one it’s him. He made a grown man cry tears of joy~!

Thank you Lou! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!

Sincerely Yours,

 Robert Grisby

Dear Sir or Madame:

My family and I would like to thank Lou Wiggins for all of the hard work that he performed regarding the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.

We put our home on the market last year and the realtor that we used from another Keller Williams office turned out to be very disappointing. Our home never sold and we lost a lot of money because of the unprofessionalism of the previous agent. Needless to say, when my husband told me of Lou and that he worked for Keller Williams I was totally against it. I never wanted to deal with another agent from Keller Williams ever again. However, after meeting and speaking with Lou, he changed my view and perception of realtors and of Keller Williams. Lou’s professionalism, organizational skills and attention to ever detail was astonishing. I never had to worry if he was doing everything possible to get our home sold. Lou was also very accommodating towards our concerns, input and suggestions.

We were very surprised that we received our first offer within two weeks of putting the house on the market. It was not long after that that we closed and was able to sell our home.

Then Lou stepped it up a notche when it came to dealing with the builder of our new home. Again, his professionalism and experience aided tremendously in motivating the builder to complete our home with integrity and on time. Lou never once allowed the builder to rush or delay the process and compromise the quality of our home, but made sure that they kept the agreed completion deadline. Because Lou put so much emphasis on every aspect of selling our old home and the building of the new home, he made me feel like it was his home thus he would only accept the best.

Again, thank you, thank you, thank you to Lou Wiggins for being a realtor of integrity and sincerity.

Sincerely,

Denise Davis
